References.watch is an independent watch-reference research project. It is not an official manufacturer, dealer, auction house, authentication service or appraisal business.

Formal operator name, geographic address and registration details will be added here before commercial public launch. No watches, subscriptions or other goods or services are currently offered for purchase through the public site.
2. Independence and no affiliation
References.watch is not sponsored, endorsed or authorised by the watch manufacturers and other third parties named in the database unless a page expressly states otherwise. Brand, collection and model names are used to identify the subject of factual research.
3. Intellectual property
The site's original writing, interface, selection, structure and analytical presentation may be protected by copyright or database rights. Watch names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their nominative use does not transfer ownership or imply affiliation.
Factual reference numbers and individual facts are recorded with source traceability. Permission may still be required for systematic copying, republication or commercial reuse of a protected compilation or original analysis.
4. Sources, quotations and images
Source links identify where a fact was observed. References.watch does not claim ownership of third-party source material. Manufacturer descriptions are not reproduced as substitute product copy, and manufacturer images are not republished unless suitable rights are documented.
User-submitted watch photographs remain subject to the rights of their owners and are processed only for the requested identification or condition assessment as described in the Privacy policy.
5. Cookie-free service and upload handling
References.watch is a cookie-free service. We do not use tracking cookies and we do not store uploaded watch photos. Uploaded images and shared information are processed only to return the requested identification or condition-assessment result.
Your Light / Dark theme preference may be saved locally in your browser. For security and availability, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies. These are not used by References.watch for tracking or analytics.
6. Correction, rights and takedown requests
If you believe content is inaccurate or infringes a right, send a sufficiently detailed notice containing:
- your name and a reliable contact method;
- the exact page, reference or material concerned;
- the factual correction or the right you claim;
- supporting evidence or the location of the authoritative source; and
- the remedy requested.
Requests are reviewed in good faith. Material may be corrected, attributed, restricted or removed while a claim is assessed. Fraudulent or abusive notices may be rejected.
